1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the North Ticket website ("Site") and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

North Ticket provides a platform for purchasing tickets to the 2026 World Cup. We sell inventory directly to consumers ("Users"). We are not a marketplace for third-party sellers.

3. Ticket Purchases

  • Category Selection: Tickets are sold by Category/Zone. Specific seat assignments are not provided at the time of purchase and will be assigned upon fulfillment.
  • Purchase Limit: There is a strict limit of 6 tickets per order.
  • Inventory Locking: Selected tickets are locked for 10 minutes during the checkout process. If payment is not completed within this time, the tickets are released.
  • Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices may be subject to change based on demand and availability.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards) and Coinbase Commerce (Cryptocurrency). By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Specific seat assignments will be included in the ticket delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your email address.

6. User Accounts

To purchase tickets, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

North Ticket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
